Saguaro operates "Day by Day", a day program for developmentally disabled adults based on a "quality of life" approach as a vehicle for expression and creativity, combining fitness with creative therapies to bring about improved levels of physical, psychological and social well being.

Saguaro creates individual work exploration programs in conjunction with other Yuma area agencies to meet goals in terms of work theory in a practical work environment. This work exploration allows participants to develop marketable skills that may lead to competitive employment in the community.

Saguaro's day program operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm, which enables families in the community to have free time during the week. Transportation is available for those individuals eligible.
